Guillermo Mendez, from Costa Rica, has been cooking Italian food for almost 20 years. Over the years he obtained the nickname "Mosca," which is what he is known by nowadays. Falling in love with cooking Italian food, he became determined to open up his own place and add his own little taste of Italy.
